GENERAL QUESTIONS
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We strive to process and ship orders within 24-72 hours of placement. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. After receiving the shipping notification, you will find detailed tracking information to follow the progress of your order. Use the provided tracking information to track your package via our tracking page.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We always strive to deliver your package with the best carrier and service for your country. Keep a close eye on the track & trace.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once you have returned your items to us, you will receive your refund within 14 business days after the items have reached our warehouse. You can track the progress of your return shipment using the provided track & trace information from your chosen carrier, which indicates when the package arrives at our warehouse. The 10-business-day processing period starts from that moment. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account. If you have not received your refund within this period, please send an email to info@lvlup-sportswear.com so we can investigate this for you.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We have a 14-day return policy, during which customers can return their package without giving a reason. These 14 days begin when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

All returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels intact. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

1. Within 14 days of receiving your order, send an email to info@lvlup-sportswear.com stating that you wish to exchange one or more products.
2. Our team will then send you return instructions as soon as possible.
3. Follow the instructions to complete the return process.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We ship worldwide. Orders from LVL-UP SPORTSWEAR are shipped with reliable carriers such as DHL, DPD, UPS, and local carriers. Visit our shipping page for rates and delivery times per country.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We don't like to keep you waiting, so your order will be processed directly from our warehouse within 24-72 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. The estimated shipping time as stated on our shipping page starts on the day your order is shipped. Because we work quickly, it is not possible to change or cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need help receiving your order, we are here to help. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of your order and the total value of your order. Orders within the Netherlands over €50 are shipped free of charge.
